Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2010
AMAZING!! I do not have a bread machine (they have no soul!!) so I just let the yeast sit in the warm milk for about 15 minutes and then added the rest of the ingredients to my mixer. Also, I used all purpose flour and they were still chewy & delicious! I also put a little dash of cinnamon & nutmeg to the flour just to give a little kick. I made them the night before and let them go for a second rise in the fridge overnight. Baked for breakfast. The recipe is YUMMY!

Blueberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
YUM!!! My only change was, I used 1 whole fat cream cheese and 1 low fat, I also used low fat sour cream. I gotta cut fat where I can. Also, I folded in fresh blueberries and chilled over night. Great recipe!

Great base recipe! Here are my modifications: subbed garlic powder for cloves, added red and green bell pepper, 1/2c. instant oats instead of crumbs, omitted butter and used only the egg white. It held together great. YUM!!!

These cookies were yummy. The only thing I changed was the PB content, I added a little extra! I also accidetnly used 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (oops), but there was no damage done! Oh also, I didnt bother chilling the dough, didnt need to! Very good cookies.

Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
As a new baker, I found this recipe very easy to follow! I only made a couple of modifications... I added only 1/4 sour cream and 3/4 low fat vanilla yogurt and about a tblsp of milk, b/c batter seemed a bit dry. YUM! Very moist, a little bit sweeter and all around tastey!
