Rich and Creamy Beef Stroganoff

My family of 7 LOVED this meal. I cut the red pepper in half, and my younger children still thought it was too spicy so next time I will just use a 1/4 of the red pepper. The rest of us loved it with half though. I also used stew meat instead of roast.

Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

This is so delicious!!! It is very creamy with great flavor. I didn't change a thing though next time I might try it with rasberries. Excellent recipe!

Clark's Quiche

The most excellent quiche I have ever had! I made this for a baby shower and everyone devoured it! I made it just as the recipe said, and it turned out perfect! I did halve the recipe to only make one, but I wish I would have had two. I also baked it for about 6 minutes longer, and I prebaked the pie crust for 6 minutes. Yum!
