Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This was easy to make and tasted really good. My very picky brother-in-law said it was the best banana bread ever.

These are so good. I followed a reviewer's suggestion and prepped them the night before. I wrapped them and put them in a ziploc with 6 Tbsp of brown sugar. When I baked them the next day I did not add anymore sugar and they were perfect. Sweet but not overly sweet, so good I will definately make again.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This was so awesome!! I did mix the mozzerella in instead of putting it on top. However I think I should have put some on top to let the dip brown. As it was it did not get brown on top at all. That did not change the taste, it still was yummy.

Peanut Butter Fudge

This is so good. I did read the reviews and follow a few of the tips. I did cook the sugar mixture to soft ball stage and I did mix up the peanut butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla before the sugar mixture was done cooking. The only thing I did different was add the hot mixture to the cold ingredients. The fudge was set in just a few minutes. Thank you Pam great recipe.

Sugar Free Rugelach

I made these for my dad who is diabetic with strict instructions that he shouldn't eat to many at once. The recipe was really simple to follow and he said they were really good.
