Stone Soup a variation of Mulligatawny Soup

My family loves this recipe. The curry gives it a unique flavor and the apple and cream make it wonderful on cold nights. We often take it to parties and get tons of raves and recipe requests. It is one of the few recipes I don't revise at all; it's perfect exactly as is! I highly recommend doubling the recipe it's that good.

Creamy chicken rice soup

Love this recipe it's a staple at our house!!! I use 1 tub of concentrated chicken stock to four cups of water and use left over rotisserie chicken.

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

My family loves this recipe. It is a feast for the eyes, and abounds with flavor! So easy to prepare and with spectacular results that look like you've slaved over it. Thanks for sharing I now have a new summer staple to add to my grilling repertoire.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Love this recipe, I've made it several times as listed and the results have been outstanding. I highly recommend marinating overnight otherwise the salt doesn't do its thing. I agree with the suggestion to make lots of the spice mix in advance!! The only other thing I do is to cook the chicken breast side down it just makes a good thing better. DEFINITELY TRY THIS RECIPE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Summer Potato Salad

This is the yummiest potato salad I've ever eaten!!! I did make some improvisations, I substituted julienned radishes instead of the celery since I didn't have any and it gave it a nice crunch and a little zip, I also added the dill because lemon and dill work so well together and I didn't add the eggs. I may put them in just before the picnic I'll be attending but didn't want them to get soggy and it was so good without them I don't know that they're necessary. I'll definitely make this again thanks for sharing it!
