Balsamic Chicken with White Beans and Spinach

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
this was pretty good!!! the sauce is a little thick because of the soup, but overall pretty good! i would add more spinach, since there were a lot of beans in this dish. yummy!

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
This bread is very good! I also added white chocolate chips, but I'll probably use milk chocolate next time. I also added some vanilla extract and cinnamon. My only problem was that the bread is a little dry.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
This recipe was awesome! I made it for the first time for company (luckily it came out good lol) and everyone loved it! I agree with some other reviews...next time i will cook the chicken first, then remove and do the sauce in the same pan then add the chicken towards the end. I would also double the sauce because it was soooo good! I also omitted the salt which I'm glad I did for this dish was salty enough (from the chicken stock) for my taste. Absolutely amazing!

Zippy Summer Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
This was a very good recipe! My husband loved it! I also added a little bit of white wine when i added the lemon to make more of a sauce and put it over pasta with grated cheese. Delicious!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
i don't know why there are some bad reviews, these are awesome! people who are having issues probably didn't freeze them long enough so obviously they would fall apart after dipping them in melted chocolate! after mixing the cake and frosting, roll into balls and then put in the freezer until they are good and frozen! then dip fast! (it helps if you only have out what you are working with at the time so they don't thaw out) after you dip, put them in the fridge. if you put them in the freezer and then serve them, there is too much condensation. enjoy the endless combinations you can make!

Garlic and Cheese Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
this recipe is great for entertaining! i do double the wet ingredients so i can really put a heaping tablespoon full on each slice of toast. also, i usually just buy the cream cheese with chives in it instead of buying a while bunch of green onions since i don't use the whole thing.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
this recipe is awesome! the only thing i would do next time is add a little more flavoring to the meatloaf itself. the sauce was amazing as is!
