Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
LOVE this recipe!! I made it for work and everyone raved about it. It did not last long at all and i had to make numerous copies of the recipe to give out. This was also really simple to make...however....i found that baking my chips for 8-10 minutes burned them so i reduced the time to 5-6 minutes. I was also using dark cookie sheets if that makes a difference. :) But so YUMMY!!! :)

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
This recipe came out perfect and i was surprised at just how easy crepes can be to make. i was so scared of them and never made any before, however, mine came out perfectly. And also, they tasted GREAT. My recent crepe obsession came from going to a crepe restaurant the other day and this recipe tastes exactly like the ones i had at the restaurant. I am so happy to have found this recipe. Thanks so much! i cant wait to keep experiencing the wonderful crepe. :)

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
i LOVE this frosting. it was easy to make and turned out perfectly. I also like how it stays creamy. I've made frostings in the past that tend to get a bit crusty feeling on the outside (which i can't stand) but with this recipe, the frosting stayed perfect the entire time the cake was in tact....which wasnt that long might I add, because everyone gobbled the cake up really fast! :) but GREAT recipe...this is going to be my only chocolate frosting recipe from now one. :)

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
GREAT cake. i took advice from previous reviewers and used less oil...so i used 3/4 cups instead. I also only used a cup of chocolate chips, as 2 cups would have just been TOO much for my liking. But the cake was VERY yummy and everyone at my work ate the entire thing. I made a pretty big cake too, and it was gone pretty quickly. :) Thanks for the recipe!!! its a keeper for me. and might i add....if you're looking for a good chocolate frosting, use the "Rich Chocolate Frosting" posted by Amy Via...that frosting is superb with this cake!! :)

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2010
i have made these twice so far and everyone has LOVED them. in fact, i brought them to work today and the whole batch only lasted an hour and everyone raved about them! the only thing i will say is this, the 1st time i made them, i made with name brand graham crackers and they turned out perfectly...and the 2nd time i made them, i used store brand graham crackers and they didnt turn out as strudy, in fact i had to add more graham crackers so they would hold shape and not be gooey. I dont know if its because of the name brand versus store brand, but who knows. So just a suggestion, use the name brand. :) but either way, they were delicious no matter the look or consistency :)

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
these were ok...but not the best. i found them to be hard anf flat. and it tasted like there might be a bit too much vanilla. maybe i did something wrong, but i followed the recipe EXACTLY. So i dont know...i didnt like them and my husband didnt either. I was quite dissappointed after reading previous reviews and the title of the recipe. oh well...off to find a new recipe to try
