I think the worst was the peanut brittle I tried to make one Christmas. I think I forgot to grease the pans. Everything had to go in the trash!

Country Apple Dumplings
Oh emm gee! This is totally awesome. I thought it would come out runny, but the sauce thickens and it's just mouth watering!

Crab Salad III
Really good. I made a few changes to fit my family's tastes, but even without those things it was still really yummy. I left out: radishes, tomatoes, basil, and oregano. I used 1 Tbs sugar instead of artificial sweetner, and I added a tsp. of celery seeds instead of the sliced celery. I didn't have any shell pasta so I used 1/2 cup of orzo. We snafed this up!

Roast Loin of Pork
This was very good. The onions absorb the wine flavor and the sauce and onions (marinade) are really good over mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again. Oh, I made the whole roast in a crock pot and cooked it in the marinade. Came out really tender.
