Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
Wonderful!! Couldn't be easier. Coffee strength can be adjusted according to taste, but I think - the stronger the better in this case! :) Great recipe!

Blackberry Cobbler
Super easy, super TASTY recipe. I would recommend coating the berries in a sprinkling of sugar as suggested... even ripe they can still stand to be a little sweeter. Great recipe!

Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
wonderful & so easy!! piped cream cheese into cups with star tip, then melted the chocolate chips & drizzled over the top. Yummy!! I cut the powdered sugar in half, and it was still sweet enough for us. Be sure to poke down the center of the cups when hot... AND - I had to let mine cool for about 15 minutes for them to pop out of the pan. Any sooner & they were still somewhat gooey. Great recipe!!
