Seared Scallops with Tropical Salsa

I loved this recipe, and it is perfect for summer. I did not have cilantro so I made the salsa without it and it still came out delicious. My husband and baby loved it, my 4 year old did not and I was surprised since he will eat shrimp.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

I made this exactly as the recipe stated and my family would not eat it. Very bland, and the cheese made it greasy. I was extremely dissappointed after all the rave reviews.

Chili Verde Stew

This was Super Easy and Very Tasty. My husband loved it. I followed the directions exactly, except I used a 1.42 pound tenderloin cut up. I served with tortillas. I will be serving again, soon!

Crab Tartlets

Hash Brown Casserole II

I made this for a baby shower and it received rave reviews! I had numerous requests for the recipe and there was none left, even with all the other food on the buffet. I am not the world's best cook so I followed the recipe exactly and it was super easy. I made the night before and just put it from the bowel to the pan, and did the topping in the morning at the same time. I had to cook a little longer than reccomended. Maybe too cold? Anyway, you will not be dissappointed with this recipe!!!!!!
