I've been married now for 5 years to a loving and devoted husband, have two beautiful children. I was working out of the home and when we discovered that we were preggers, we decided that I would work at home. I love being a SAHM and use my graduate degree everyday!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
really easy and good. i actually sauteed onions, jalepenos (seeded and chopped), and the chicken all together with a little bit of olive oil and then added garlic, cumin, and chili powder. after i sauteed it a bit, i added the low sodium chicken broth then cilantro and a little more salt. i boiled the soup for 15-20 minutes and served with shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocadoes. also had tortilla chips and mojitos.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV
made this for lunch with leftover chicken and didn't have sherry but had Chinese cooking wine so i used it and was worried that it might taste funky but it was delicious. i also threw in some chopped parsley. will make again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
The flavor was good and it was fairly easy to do but my sauce was too thick and I couldn't pour it well. The result was the sauce on top of the chicken and veggie mixture but totally dry underneath! I will try making it again but with more liquid and then tossing the whole thing together before pouring into the pie shells.
