Egg and Cheese Puffs

OMG! Super easy and delicious!!! I don't know why but, just like others here, I forgot to add the butter!! They were just as good. I love that they're already individually portioned off in the muffin liners. Will definitely be making these again.

Golden Rum Cake

I served this as a Christmas dessert and everyone loved it. HOWEVER, I felt like it wasn't moist enough. Next time I think I will have a little warm simple syrup (maple honey perhaps) so one can drizzle it on top?

Three Bean Salad

I've made this salad on a weekly basis since I found this recipe. I've made it the "original" way and this is what I've changed: I add about 1/4 more of vinegar (I like it tangy), I don't like it with the celery or green onions, and I add a bit of salt. It's absolutely delicious!!! I love throwing a little on a green salad or eating it with a bit of blue cheese crumbled on top. This is a keeper!!!!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Delicious!!! I marinated my chicken in a zip-loc bag with all the ingredients for 3 hours prior to baking. Only change was I used brown sugar instead of white. Turned out fantastic. However, I should've taken other folks' advice and used less sugar. For the last 5 minutes I broiled my chicken because I like it drier.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

Could it have been any easier??? Followed the directions but just added a bit of melted butter...oh my, soooooooo good! Last year I did the whole brine concoction deal...waste of time. This was 100x's easier and 100x's better tasting.
