World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
This is excellent and a total hit with the company I had. I think it would be great with some spinach in there as well.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
I LOVED this recipe. I have tried cooking Italian dishes before with not much success. This was exceptional! I made my own pesto and spaghetti since it was all I had on hand. Plus I added some cherry tomatoes. The whole family loved it!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2008
So good and moist. As someone suggested, I used 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce, 1 cup of wheat flour instead of white, and 2 C. (1 white, 1 brown) sugar. I also added a little bit of cloves and some ss chocolate chips. It was awesome.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
Really good- Here are a few suggestions. First, use 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine. It won't burn so easily. Also heat to 310 degrees and cover with milk chocolate chips. It you make this on a humid or rainy day it will take you way longer because the moisture takes longer to evaporate. Pick a dry day and it will be quicker.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
This recipe rocked my socks. The only thing I did differently was to use about 3tsp. chicken bouillon instead of white wine. I did not thaw shrimp ahead and the bouillon mixes well with the water from the shrimp to make the tomato sauce. I also used canned tomatoes and let the tomato sauce simmer for about 15 minutes to let it thicken a bit. SO delicious and my whole family liked it, even my 4yr. old. Mmmmmmm....

Baked French Toast

Wonderful taste but completely soggy- even when I cut down on the syrup and baked WAY longer than it says. Like I said, great flavor but totally mushy.

These turtles rock my world. I couldn't stay out of them! Putting a blob of white chocolate on top makes them extra tasty and gives them a more appealing look. YUM!
