Dorothy Lynch(R) Style Salad Dressing
This recipe is absolutely amazing. My husband loves Dorothy lynch so I was skeptical but he didn't even notice it wasn't his usual salad dressing. I did use 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. It turned out the perfect texture. The second time I made it I used slightly less vinegar and slightly more sugar and I added 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Then I pulsed it in the blender and this is now our favorite salad dressing.

Jalapeno Strawberry Jam
This was so easy and very yummy. I followed the recipe exactly and I didn't have any problems with it setting up. My sure jell box was 1.75 ounces, so I hesitated, but still used it, and didn't change a thing, and it worked perfectly still. It isn't too spicy, nor is it mild. I made it to serve at a baby shower over cream cheese and with wheat thins and it was a huge hit!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Oh my heavens! I have tried a lot of corn bread recipes (did I say A LOT?) and this is my favorite one I have ever made. My family loves it and wants me to make another batch. I even doubled it the first time. I made no changes except I made my own buttermilk using milk and a tablespoon of vinegar. Everything else was exact. So tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
