Simple Scones

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
I had no sour cream but decided to make them anyway, came out very moist and crunchy on the outside! (sort of biscuity) I also snuck in a few chocolate chips.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
It makes a difference what you cook the pizza on, I cooked mine on an oiled oven tray and one on baking paper and the baking paper pizza was a bit soggy and needed to cook for longer. I topped with boiled and sliced potatoes, garlic, rosemary, and marscarpone cheese! yum!

Swiss Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
I used normal milk instead of condensed milk (was by accident) and baked it for an hour, did turn out quite fudge like. I also used raw sugar and that seemed to work ok. I put tiny chocolate bits in the recipe, and didn't use any colouring so it looked like a vanilla cake with chocolate spots in it! All in all a good recipe, although not your traditional spongy chocolate cake.

Butter Chickpea Curry

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2007
Milk is a great low fat alternative to coconut milk and the curry is still creamy, and not too hot either!
