Fluffy Pancakes
Very good....Very simple to make! I followed directions exactly...(except I add vanilla extract)....they came out perfect! I won't be buying the boxed pancake mix anymore!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these cookies!!! I only make them at Christmastime because they're so much work. I make a double batch! I use either the apricot jam or Raspberry Preserves...SOOO GOOD!!!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
YUMMY!!!! This is sooo good!!!! I used 1 can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom because that is what I had in the house. I took another posters advice and put the whole thing in the oven to cook the dough. It was really good! Even my husband liked it and he's not a "chicken" kinda guy =)
