I'm currently working at Applebee's as a preparation cook. I plan to go to St. Phillips College and study culinary arts. What really made me want to be a chef was when I got inspired by the chefs from the Food Network channel not too long ago.

Skyline Chili from its recipe, simple spaghetti, tiramisu, tortellini, and Irish potato casserole.
My cooking triumphs
It took a while for me to make a tiramisu. It was all about getting the right ingredients according to one tiramisu recipe. It also took time, but it was fun assembling in all the right places and freezing. My family found the taste exquisite.
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made spaghetti, I thought Italian seasoning and pepper needed to be added to the meatsauce. But I was wrong. In fact the sauce was too spicy to eat. So from that moment on, I'd make my spaghetti sauce simple- mixing Ragu with ground beef, and that's it.
