Pimiento Potato Salad

This was very quick & easy to make... but it was also delicous! I was happy to find a recipe that doesn't use eggs! I just used what was on hand, meaning I didn't include the pimientos, mustard, or bacon, and I used regular vinegar... and added carrots and cucumbers it works great as a base recipe, and you can add whatever you'd like!

Creamy Rice Pudding

BEST rice pudding I've ever tasted! I'd been using another recipe all my life, and didn't know what I was missing! I decided to try a new recipe one day just for fun, and I'm definitely glad I did!

Flea Terminator Dog Treats

My Dog absolutely LOVED these! Unfortunately I couldn't find any brewer's yeast, and didn't realize until I had the dough half made that brewers yeast is unlevened... so I used 2 teaspoons of regular yeast instead, and they turned out fine! The texture is a bit softer, and "puffy" but my dog had no trouble chomping these down ;)

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

I had some spoiled milk I wanted to use, so this worked out perfectly! Nice and moist, does not need icing or anything, but I drizzled chocolate over mine and served it with strawberries. It freezes well, and tastes fine just reheated in the microwave...

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

DELICIOUS! A little bit time-consuming to make, but they turned out perfectly. A good recipe to make with kids- you can have them make the holes while you fill them with jam... They remind me of warm biscuits with jam...

Oat Applesauce Muffins

These muffins were just OK, the applesauce gave them a bit of a "rubbery" texture that I wasn't a fan of. These are not very sweet, but they are healthy.

Easiest Egg Nog

This isn't a very thick egg-nog, and the spices are a little different, but it is delicious, a good healthier alternative! I added an extra teaspoon of vanilla, just because I like it :)

Easy Banana Bread

I had some bananas I wanted to get rid of, so this was perfect! I used margerine instead of shortening because I didn't have any... and it turned out perfectly! Brought it to a party and everyone loved it!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Definitely something I'll make again sometime... I used dijon mustard instead, and left out the lemon pepper... I found the sauce a little bit runny, it all went to the bottom of the dish... but besides that it was perfect :)

Cake Batter Ice Cream

A delicious ice cream! Make sure you seal it up as air-tight as possible before putting it in the freezer, or it will get hard... I tried adding chocolate sprinkles once, and it turned out quite yummy! I think I like it best plain though...
