Pimiento Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
This was very quick & easy to make... but it was also delicous! I was happy to find a recipe that doesn't use eggs! I just used what was on hand, meaning I didn't include the pimientos, mustard, or bacon, and I used regular vinegar... and added carrots and cucumbers it works great as a base recipe, and you can add whatever you'd like!

Italian Easter Cookies

These were pretty good... The icing was slightly too sweet for my liking; but the cookie itself was delicious!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
BEST rice pudding I've ever tasted! I'd been using another recipe all my life, and didn't know what I was missing! I decided to try a new recipe one day just for fun, and I'm definitely glad I did!

Flea Terminator Dog Treats

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
My Dog absolutely LOVED these! Unfortunately I couldn't find any brewer's yeast, and didn't realize until I had the dough half made that brewers yeast is unlevened... so I used 2 teaspoons of regular yeast instead, and they turned out fine! The texture is a bit softer, and "puffy" but my dog had no trouble chomping these down ;)

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
I had some spoiled milk I wanted to use, so this worked out perfectly! Nice and moist, does not need icing or anything, but I drizzled chocolate over mine and served it with strawberries. It freezes well, and tastes fine just reheated in the microwave...

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
DELICIOUS! A little bit time-consuming to make, but they turned out perfectly. A good recipe to make with kids- you can have them make the holes while you fill them with jam... They remind me of warm biscuits with jam...

Oat Applesauce Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
These muffins were just OK, the applesauce gave them a bit of a "rubbery" texture that I wasn't a fan of. These are not very sweet, but they are healthy.

Easiest Egg Nog

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
This isn't a very thick egg-nog, and the spices are a little different, but it is delicious, a good healthier alternative! I added an extra teaspoon of vanilla, just because I like it :)

Easy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
I had some bananas I wanted to get rid of, so this was perfect! I used margerine instead of shortening because I didn't have any... and it turned out perfectly! Brought it to a party and everyone loved it!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
Definitely something I'll make again sometime... I used dijon mustard instead, and left out the lemon pepper... I found the sauce a little bit runny, it all went to the bottom of the dish... but besides that it was perfect :)

A little bit rich/sweet... I couldn'd drink more than 1 glass, but it was delicious, definitely something I'll make again!

Delicious! Much better than I was expecting! Grated a bit of cheese over top, which melted just prefectly and added a nice bit of flavour...

Cake Batter Ice Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
A delicious ice cream! Make sure you seal it up as air-tight as possible before putting it in the freezer, or it will get hard... I tried adding chocolate sprinkles once, and it turned out quite yummy! I think I like it best plain though...
