Incredible Chicken

Yum Yum! So, like the others, I thought it would be a little bit weird, but, it's actually delicious. The flavor reminds me of either b.b.q. chicken or a soy sauce marinade. But, it's much simplier and you don't have to marinade for hours. (I hate that) Simple and delicioso...my favorite!

Acapulco Chicken

I have to say...wow. Very yummy! I didn't have any bell peppers or jalepeno peppers handy, so instead I used a thai chili pepper and added half a can of black beans and also half a cup of brown rice. It's so good! I will definantly make again.

This was oh so good! It was my first time making ANY kind of home-made soup and it turned out perfect! The broth was delicious and all the vegetables went well with eachother. Will definantly make again soon.

Filipino Avocado Milkshake

Very tasty! First time making it and drinking this as I'm rating it. You can taste the ice cream and just a hint of the avocado. It doesn't overpower the shake one bit! Will definantly make it again.

Szechuan Spicy Eggplant

Yummy! I love anything with eggplant in it, so when I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it. I followed everything on here except a few minor changes. Instead of green onions, I used cilantro, due to me not having any. Also, I used chicken instead of shrimp and ground beef. I will definantly make sure I have all the ingredients next time and follow the recipe as is. I do have to say, the flavor was great! I loved the ginger in it. I can also taste the soy sauce and oyster sauce. I didn't expect it to be as spicy as it was, but, just that tiny teaspoon of chili sauce did it. I didn't have to add any extra before I ate.

It was okay...he liked it. That's all that matters. A little dry though. There was no glaze like how everyone else had theirs. I will have to try again soon, since it's his favorite Chinese dish.

Fried Rice with Cilantro

Best fried rice I've ever had. Promise! I've had it from restaurants to homemade, not by me. My first attempt at making it and I'm not disappointed one bit. Neither was my boyfriend. Something about the flavor. Maybe it was the basil or fish sauce, but, they all went so well together. I did not add the chicken, chili pepper, or green onions though. We had the chicken on the side and I didn't add the other two ingredients because my boyfriend doesn't like them. Still tasty though. I also added a scrammbled egg towards the end. I will definantly follow the recipe next time I make it for myself. =) Will make it over and over again. Thanks for the recipe!

Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

It was pretty good. I loved the fact that it was very tender and moist, but, I may have accidently added more salt because I didn't have enough parmesan cheese. Maybe that was a mistake. I will try to make it again some other time and not use that extra sprinkle of salt.
