Cranberry Dip
I have not tried it yet, but am going too. It sounds delicious, and is similar to a Cranberry Dip recipe I already love. Mine is Cranberry Salsa, and has jalapeno peppers in it, but no nuts. It also called for pouring the dip over the cream cheese, but my daughter and I have always mixed the whole mixture together, and I get good reviews to everyone I have served it too. Anxious to try this new version of Cranberry Dip. The cranberries were just grinded instead of cooked, in my version before adding the sugar, and required sitting overnight to make the juice, then draining it. It took a day a half to complete the recipe.

Bill's Sausage Gravy
I already make good sausage gravy, but I have had lots of practice in my lifetime. I just wanted to let everyone know, that your's sounds just like mine. I never measured my ingredients before. It just came naturally since I lived on a farm and had fresh cows milk. It's okay made with the cream skimmed off. (2% milk works fine) We used the cream to make our own butter, or home made ice cream. I give this recipe 5 stars, because it sounds so good. I make my own biscuits too. It's real easy to make them if you use self-rising flour because you don't have to add the baking powder, etc, just shortening and milk. (sweet or buttermilk will both work) There's probably directions on the back of the bag.
