A Blustery Day in March

Here it is a blustery day in March and we had rain last night or rather early this morning with thunder and lightening.  Spring is not far behind and if we do get more snow, it wont last.  I made sausage gravy over scrambled eggs and toast or biscuits this morning for the second weekend in a row.  It is my hubs favorite.  I use ground pork and add my own seasonings to it to flavor it.  We dont like already seasoned sausage as it is generally too spicy and we like more sage in ours.  Hubs has toast and I have a left over biscuit from Cracker Barrel.  Neither of us will be hungry the rest of the day!
