Carrots with Apricot Preserves

I made this dish for our big family dinner on Sunday after church. Everyone enjoyed it. It was definitly different. We talked about using orange marmalade instead of apricot. Thanks!!

Butternut Squash Soup II

This soup is delicious!!! I used 3/4 potatos and 1/4 sweet potatos. It is very thick and hearty and I made a big batch with fresh butternut from my garden. I froze a 12 portion bag for Thanksgiving, yum!!
