Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2009
Great recipe. If you can't find red curry paste, buy the red thai curry sauce in the glass jar pre-made, and omit the coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. It won't be the same but it will be darn close and cheaper.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2008
these came out really good. i love curry, my room mate hates it. she didnt notice the curry until she was done eating, and asked if there was curry in it. it was a pretty good dish, came out really nice, but its probably not something i'd make again based on taste. i would make it for someone who wanted to eat some chicken and wanted to try something new. probably a recipe i'd make a few times a year. 4 stars.

Garlic-Lime Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2008
This was really good except I think the cilantro can be cut back some. Definitely make sure you save some marinade for after the pork chops are done. I used the George Foreman grill and these took 7 minutes and came out nice and tender.

Fresh Tomato Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2008
Reviewers said to lower the pepper count, I disagree. 5 serrano peppers is not too hot. I might even say add more if you like spicy salsa. Other than that, I added some avocado which was good. However in the fridge after a day this salsa gets very liquidy. But still, it's very good. I was expecting it to be like the salsa in the picture or salsa from the store with the diced tomato and onion, but it was somewhat mushy so I only gave it 4 stars. I will definitely make again.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
Excellent. I'm not a fan of sweet, the garlic was what turned me onto this recipe. It doesn't taste of garlic nor of honey, but has a great blended taste. Due to lack of soy sauce I used half worchester and half stir fry sauce, also I halved the salt because of reviewers saying it was too salty. Came out great, this will be how I make meatballs from now on. 5 stars.

Mandarin Pork Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This was actually very good. I substituted apricot preserves for the orange marmalade, and I used orange juice for lack of orange concentrate lol. Family enjoyed it. I will make it again, next time without the substitutions.

Parmesan Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This was good and I'll probably make it again, next time reducing the amount of herbs. It tasted to "herby" for my likes. Family enjoyed it.

Bloomin' Onion Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
tastes better than the fast food chain onion ring sauces. it does not taste ANYTHING like cocktail sauce like the other person said, he must have not followed directions properly. if anything, it was maybe a tad bit on the sour cream taste side out of all ingredients but that was absolutely delicious!

Easy Paella

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2007
Other than adding more chicken and omitting the shrimp, I followed the directions exactly; I substituted saffron threads with saffron powder. I think this is the best thing I've ever cooked. My family enjoyed it, and said it was the best "mexican" food they ever had. I don't think it tasted mexican, it had a distinct, new flavor I've never tasted, yet we all loved it. I was told repeatedly how good it was. I would suggest ANYONE to cook this, it is easy and you feel accomplished after crafting such a delicious meal.
