About this Cook
I'm a guy born in 1983. I am a born again Christian, praise GOD and the LORD Jesus Christ. I like to cook for others. If you'd like to talk on AIM my screen name is AGAIN UNTO DUST.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook anything with chicken and beef.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When I moved to New York for college my mom gave me some recipes on index cards that her mother handed down to her.
My cooking triumphs
I have had more disasters than triumphs, but nowadays it seems like every dish is a triumph! PRAISE GOD.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to cook some chicken legs in the broiler once. But I didn't realize beneath the oven, where folks store pots and pans, is not the broiler. I sat those chicken legs beneath the flames for 3 hours and they were still raw. My girlfriend was unimpressed.

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry
Great recipe. If you can't find red curry paste, buy the red thai curry sauce in the glass jar pre-made, and omit the coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. It won't be the same but it will be darn close and cheaper.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
these came out really good. i love curry, my room mate hates it. she didnt notice the curry until she was done eating, and asked if there was curry in it. it was a pretty good dish, came out really nice, but its probably not something i'd make again based on taste. i would make it for someone who wanted to eat some chicken and wanted to try something new. probably a recipe i'd make a few times a year. 4 stars.
