Iced Pumpkin Blondies

Made a double recipe to use up some pumpkin. They were a big hit and definitely didn't last long! The icing was a little runny, so I added a bit more sugar.

Pizza Sauce and Dough

I made both the sauce and the dough. I LOVED the dough, but I wasn't crazy about the sauce. I love what the beer did for the crust. For the sauce, the recipe made a bit more than I needed for two large pizzas, and the flavor was bland but it still overpowered the flavor of the crust. It's a great consistency for sauce, though!

There are few foods I enjoy more than cheesecake... this one might become one of those things. I make this all the time because it's so easy and everyone loves it! Try using granny smith apples... the more sour, the better.

Maraschino Cherry Pound Cake

This was a really good cake. Like other reviewers noted, it's a really big cake. I made 2/3 the batter, put it in two 9x5 bread pans, and cooked it for 70 minutes. I didn't frost it and it was still really good.... I'd love to try the frosting next time!

This was great for me. BTW- in reference to another reviewer- if you need a recipe to tell you to activate the yeast, that's YOUR problem, not the recipe's. ;)

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I eliminated the flour and added lemon juice. It tasted fantastic, but it browned a lot more than other cheesecakes I've made and the browned part soes not taste good. Otherwise... great texture & taste, very easy!

Coconut Walnut Biscotti

Wow! I made a few kinds of biscotti for my family, and they liked this one so much they barely touched the other kinds. Like the other reviewers said, it's a bit crumbly, but it's nothing a little milk wouldn't fix easily. Simple recipe, too. Thanks!

This was very easy and came out great! The dough was a little dry for me so I added a tbs of milk and that fixed it. I'll definitely make this again.

Guinness® Bread

Interesting recipe but I don't think this one is for me. I love Guinness and I don't mind a bitter taste usually, but this one was just a little off for me. It didn't quite taste sweet and it didn't quite taste like Guinness-- it was kind of like drinking OJ after brushing your teeth. The recipe was easy and turned out beautifully, I guess it just isn't for me.
