Banana Crepes
Incredible! The crepe recipe was indeed a little on the greasy side so next time I will use less butter. For the sauce I used whole milk instead of 1/2 & 1/2 and honey instead of sugar and it turned out divine! My husband said they were the best crepes he's ever had!

Pasta Lasagna
Very good concept but needs a little tweaking. Next time I will double the amount of ricotta/mozz/egg mixture and add probably a 1/4 c more of sauce. I sauteed garlic, onion, mushroom, and zucchini and omitted the beef since I was having a vegetarian over for dinner. My 4 year old son had seconds AND wanted it in his preschool lunch the next day!

Chicken Florentine Casserole
This sauce for this recipe has wonderful flavor, which I would liken almost to an alfredo sauce. I subbed 1/2 & 1/2 with whole milk, canned spinach for fresh, and bacon bits for real bacon. I also did not precook the chicken. Instead cooked with the spinach, shrooms, sauce, and raw chicken on 350 for 30 minutes (I had thick breasts) and then added the mozzarella and bacon to cook for about 15 minutes on 400. I served it with brown rice to put a little nutrition as this is not the most nutritious meal you can serve!!
