I'm a 30 year old single mother of two daughters. I'm presently in college to become a registered nurse, and I work part-time on top of that. I'm a happy person and I love life. I love to try new recipe's, I love to cook, especially bake. I love for people to enjoy my food. For me cooking and baking is theraputic. It relaxes me and brings me peice, but I have to make sure to give away alot of what I make, or I'd be as big as a house!!!

Linda's Lasagna
This is now my new lasagna recipe!!! It was easy to make and delicious and i LOVED it with the cottage cheese!!! USE THE COTTAGE CHEESE!!! My boyfriend hates cottage cheese, nonetheless he LOVED it in this lasagna recipe. I am a cheese lover but i did think it was a bit much mozzerella, but nobody else did, so if i did change anything it would be to just use a tad less mozzerella, but other then that i wouldn't change a thing!!! EXCELLENT AND EASY :)

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
AMAZING!!! Delicious and SO easy. I too used it over 'too much chocolate cake'. My friends were amazed. A huge hit!!!

Pumpkin Chip Cookies
I feel bad only giving this recipe two stars, but i just did not like them. I make a bunch of different cookies every year to give out for Christmas, and i tried these for the first time, and i disliked them so much that i didn't dare give them out, they made a lot. My boyfriend disliked them as well, though my 9 year old like them. They just weren't sweet, which surprised me considering the amount of sugar added. They were almost biscuit like. They were simply boring, not a lot of flavor, and not sweet. I won't make them again.
