Despite my English roots, most meals that I cook have a Thai, Italian, Indian or Mexican theme. I'm not much of a baker but have experimented a lot with chocolate.

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Like most other reviewers I slightly changed the recipe, so apologies to the author! I blended sour cream, roasted bell peppers, garlic, basil, paprika and ricotta to a thick sauce, spread it over chicken breasts and baked whole for 45mins without stuffing. Yet another successful variation!

Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta
I needed a few splashes of water too otherwise the dough just crumbled. Very tasty though.
