Grandma Betty's Ice Cream Cake
Quite good, but I agree with reviewer Liz --way too many crackers for the amount of butter listed. I'd cut the crackers by 1/3 or 1/4. I used butter pecan ice cream instead of vanilla, which seemed to go over well.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
Very, very good. This was also the first time that I've ever made a bread recipe with yeast. It took awhile for the yeast to get frothy in the water, so I turned the oven on, with the yeast/water mixture sitting on top of the oven, and this seemed to activate the yeast. I also agree that some sweet-tooth types like myself may prefer more of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Overall, though, I'll definitely be making this again.

Graham Crisps
Very good, especially if you love toffee. Be sure to use a cookie sheet with sides, though. I used one without sides and the butter mixture bubbled up, spilling over and creating a mess in the bottom of my oven. I also didn't have to boil this for two full minutes to get the right consistency for the mixture, which I would describe as frothy and bubbled-up.
