Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
Quick, Easy, kids enjoyed it. We used Mozzarella cheese on it and used only half a can of sauce.

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
Pros: Easy to make. Tastes good. Cons: Stuffing got mushy somehow. Maybe less water should be added? Be sure to spray foil with cooking spray or use non stick foil so the stuffing doesn't stick. So much easier to get off. Also if your chicken is larger than 4 oz each they will need to be cooked longer. Cooked mine for about 45 minutes.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
I made this exactly how the recipe is. Wasn't a huge fan of the Cream of Celery soup with it. I thought it was bland. I'll stick with only using Cream of Mushroom and add mushrooms like I usually do.

Sweet Cottage Cheese and Bananas

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
Wasn't a big fan. Love all items in it. Just didn't care for the honey with cottage cheese taste. Banana's with it was good. So was the apples. Next time I'll go without the honey.

S'mores Crumb Bars

Yummy. That's all that needs to be said. It's very yummy! Easy to make. I had to put it in the fridge for a bit to cool before cutting otherwise it's just a mess. A VERY GOOD mess!

Very good. Instead of sugar, I use honey though. (do not give honey to a child younger than a year old.)

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2008
Very good. Added less Spinach than called for in this recipe because my son hates spinach, but, he loved this and I'll be adding more next time. I was thinking Broccoli would be good in this. Chicken would be good too.

Wiener Winks

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
Fun for kids and teens. We used to call these "Skater Dogs" When I was in school and making these. All my friends loved them. However, I made them the same way (Folded in half) and in a pan like making grilled cheese sandwiches. They were much better like that. I tried this way and found that the skin on the beef was more tough after being in the oven for 20 minutes. The cheese was over done this way, and honestly, the bread doesn't brown as well (at least in my oven) and just got a bit of color and more dry. I'd recommend making these in a pan instead of in the oven. Taste is better and it's done quicker.
