I made up my kabobs early in the day and marinated them all day. Used chicken,mushrooms,onion,green pepper and grape tomatoes and grilled them on a grill tray I use for fish. I boiled leftover marinade and used for a dipping sauce. We really liked it and something a little different to serve company. I served with southwestern rice & breadsticks.
