Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes
Loved it, super simple and easy. Used shrimp instead of scallops and added twice the amount of garlic, and even then I could have added more. I used 3/4 tsp of dried basil, and it worked out great. Definitely will make it again.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
I made this a couple nights ago for me and my boyfriend, and it was delicous! I made the balsamic sauce as a gravy, adding a couple tsp of sugar and some cornstarch to thicken it (me and my boyfriend are not the most patient) and although it had a scary pungent smell, it tasted AMAZING!
