Pork and Squash Stew
Delicious! I halved the recipe and it still made a full stock pot of soup! I didn't half the broth though. Also, I didn't reduce the broth because if I had, there would be no broth. (In fact, I had to add more). Tastes great though! I just used leftover pork roast and shredded it. Yummy!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
A few things. 8 Apples is too many. I used 7 and it was still pushing too many. Be SURE to place a rimmed baking sheet underneath with foil for easy clean up. I baked mine for 15min at 425 and it started to become way too brown. I lowered it to 350 like it says and by the time 25 min had gone by, it was borderline burnt. So I lowered it to 250 for the last 10 min. And lastly, I would add a bit of cinnamon and/or nutmeg to give it a more traditional taste. Other than that, this was delicious!

Easy Butternut Squash Ravioli
When boiling, I definitely only needed to boil for like 30 seconds. Any longer, and they turned to mush. Other than that, they were really yummy :) Oh, and make sure to keep the heat on medium high when sautéing in garlic butter afterward to give it a somewhat crispy texture. Otherwise, it will be sopping in butter.
