I am 25 and recently married. I live in Minnesota and wouldnt have it anyother way! My family and friends mean the world to me! Im dont mind cooking when i find the time. I hate baking.

Anything that is QUICK and EASY! i love making hotdishes...especially tator tot hotdish and my mexican hot dish!! what can i say...i am a full blown minnesota girl! :)

Holiday cooking with the girls in the family! It is my mom and us three sisters!!
My cooking triumphs
I made a fabulous seafood dinner for my BF, myself, and two of our good friends! It really turned out great! :)
My cooking tragedies
ooohhh dear....where do i start?!! one good one was when i tried making snickerdoodles and QUICKLY learned the difference between baking POWDER and baking SODA!....needless to say i am NOT A BAKER!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Loved it! I used chicken broth instead of the beer. It made a ton, but froze really well. When i reheated it i poured it over some rice and it was delicious! It was like a gumbo!

Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
DELISH! Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out wonderful! I made them for Valentines Day dinner along with king crab legs and shrimp scampi bake which is from AR as well!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
OMG....AMAZING!! I followed Krista's (the first review) review and it turned out awesome! The only thing i changed was i used 1 can of the veggies instead of 2 and i put the biscuits in on hi for about an hour and 20 min and they were perfect! my hubby LOVED it! definitely a keeper!
