Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This recipe is simple but very good. I didn't have a lot of time so I used two hot rotisserie chickens, shredded them and put them in the crockpot. I had sweet Italian dressing so I omitted the sugar. There was plenty of sauce.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Like other reviewers said, the butter thoroughly melted through and I ended up with an extremely rich butter cake. I'll try it again later with the suggestion of adding the topping in the last 10 minutes.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

I liked the flavor of the egg salad, but found it way too strong. I only used half the dill and substituted green onions for the dried ones. I ended up adding 4 more eggs to calm down the intense flavor. Maybe my eggs were smaller or something.

Marinated Chicken Wings

Good recipe. I agree with another comment that it was too salty, even after I used Tamari (like soy sauce but much less sodium) and even cut down on that. I used some broth as well as the wine, so I suggest using low-sodium broth or just using the wine instead. A little lime would be a nice addition if you like lime. The wine did a great job of making the wings very tender!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Very good, and went over well at my party. Just be careful that you don't overdo it on the taco seasoning - my package was a little over the 1 oz it called for and it was too strong. Next time I may cut it in half. Very good recipe though!

This is delicious! I served it for my housewarming party and everyone loved it. So many compliments, especially from people who thought cake made from Green tea sounded gross. My husband asks for it all the time!

One of the best recipes on the site, imho. I served this for 2 different Thanksgiving dinners, and everyone loved it. Even people who didn't like spinach couldn't stop complimenting and asked for the recipe.

Good, simple recipe. It's easy to add extras that you may have on hand. I added sliced bell peppers and onions, and used ground turkey since it's leaner.

Chinese-Style Cabbage

Reuben Sandwich II

This recipe is so easy and very, very good. My husband loved it. My only mistake was buying low-quality thousand island dressing, which affected the overall taste. I did warm up the sauerkraut and am glad I did. I served it with garlic-sauteed asparagus and a pickle.
