Cindy's Beef Tips
This was great! Dh said I need to make it again(which doesn't happen very often). I did add rice into the pot the last twenty minutes of cooking so we had a one pot meal! The beef was fall apart tender and so good! Thanks for a wonderfull easy meal that will frequent our dinner table often!

Crispy Italian Chicken Topped with Mozzarella
We enjoyed this. Hubby referred to it as "fancy chicken parm". Following the directions exactly I think it had the right amount of kick from the cayenne. I'm not sure how the panko really fit in. I think an italian seasoned bread crumb would have suited it a little better but that is what makes this recipe unique. Thanks for a great meal!

Teriyaki Chicken Cordon Bleu
We really enjoyed this! The only change that I would make when I make this again is to reduce the marinating time. I only marinated for about 10 hours before I made this and the teriyaki was a little strong for our tastes. Hubby said next time try for 5 hours. Other than that this recipe is great as is and is super fast to prep and get in the oven. Thanks Cindy!
