Cute recipe to 3 servings. Added garlic salt to chicken and sauce and 2 small cans of chopped portabella mushrooms to dish. Served over salt, peppered and buttered linguine. Wonderfully, unique and a good change. Will make again! Too spicy for 4 yr old - think paprika was to much for him. Hubby LOVED and raved about. I loved as well! Very interesting recipe!

Chicken Taquitos

Very hard to get to stay together! Also, flavor is slightly lacking. Will try another cheese next time instead. Will make again, but with different ingredients!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Great! Would use less cayenne pepper in future. Did not use red pepper flakes and anchovie paste b/c of four year old. Used on Jays Signature Pizza Crust - yummy!

Tender Chicken Nuggets

They are tender - not crunchy nuggets, as it says!! I cooked 20-25mins as well. Added a little lemon pepper for additional flavor. Was quick, easy and our 4 year old loved it! Will make again!

Baked Scallops

Great! My husband loved it. My four year old put ketchup on it and loved it! Used Italian breadcrubs because that's all I have and frozen bay scallops. I divided the dish to bake in 2 smaller baking dishes (like 1qt dishes)was a nice presentation and they were not soggy!! Yummmm!!

Hearts of Palm Salad

Fabulous! Can't wait to have leftovers today! I hate olives so those were left out and subed with cherry tomatoe halves and chopped up artichoke hearts and salt and fresh ground pepper. I used white wine vinegar. I deleted bacon too, just didn't sound right in recipe. It's a keeper!

Sun's Korean Marinating Sauce

very good - surprisingly extremely mild in flavor. Nice if you have bold flavored veggies to go along side. Husband says I must make again, so it's a keeper.
