These muffins turned out amazing - so yummy, tender, moist and flavourful. I made the exactly as the recipe stated. Will definitely make this again and again.

These came out amazingly great! I think people may have not cut their potatoes thin enough (despite what some people have written, a knife will not cut as thin as a mandolin consistently) and perhaps used the wrong kind of potato. Last year's potatoes will burn easier and new potatoes sometimes do not brown or crisp. I did have trouble with these sticking to the plate however

I found these buns were very good, but not as fantastic as I was led to believe by the reviews. They seem a little drier than my usual recipe, with less flavour in the dough and there is not quite enough icing. I would also recommend making smaller buns (cut them into 16 or more) because, although they are similar in size to Cinnabon ones, I felt they were so big they are overfilling (and come on, no one needs that much of a fattening treat!).

I am sorry to review that this was only so-so. The sauce was pretty good - especially since I used home-canned roma tomatoes. I agree that the instructions should read to take the lid off during first simmer. I usually make my own sauce and this one is okay but I really think this recipe is lacking oregano which is needed for a good Italian meatball. The meatballs were not as flavourful as my usual recipe and I think that is because I usually bake them which actually adds flavour as the outside of the meat darkens.

This soup is the most delicious lentil soup I have ever had! I was looking for a recipe that was like a healthy canned soup (used to be "Too Good to Be True" by President's Choice) that is no longer made and this one is like it, but even more delicious. The canned one had a tang to it because it had lime juice, so I think next time I will try lime instead of lemon - but it still was wonderful as it is.

These came out with a perfect texture - chewy and delicious. Everyone loved them. I did find they were sweet (not that the kids or my husband minded), and next time will try reducing the sugar. I have found the trick for granola bars is to press them VERY firmly into the pan for those who have difficulty with them holding together. Also, I used a 7x11 pan as it didn't seem to be filling out a 9x13 pan well enough, and cooked for 25 minutes. Mine looked much like the first picture except I added chocolate chips.

Ever since I made this, my husband has been begging me to make it again. I loved it as well.
