Warm Greek Pita Sandwiches With Turkey and Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

I used a rotisserie chicken instead of turkey and it was delicious! The only thing I would change would be to just mix the chicken into the cucumber sauce first and then fill the pitas! That way it is more like a chicken salad.

Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice Soup

Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

If you like beef stroganoff, you'll like this. Be careful not to overcook the chicken, though. I cooked mine for 6 hours on low and that was plenty. My husband and I loved it served over wide egg noodles!

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

Just a little bit dry but nice flavor. I would recommend it more as a sidedish than a main dish. The pinto bean mixture is awesome, though. My husband and I enjoyed just eating that on top of tortilla chips with some extra salsa and cheese!
