Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
I hate to bake, but this recipe was pretty easy. I followed the recipe exactly, and the muffins are delicious. Not too sweet either. The "streusel" didn't seem like a traditional streusel, but tasted good. Will make again; beats buying a muffin everyday for breakfast.

Man this was AWESOME! Like others I used 1/2 t of paprika and about a 1/4 cup of honey. I baked for 30 min covered, then I made another batch of sauce (I didnt follow directions and covered the chicken with all of the sauce initially) then baked for 15 min uncovered. YUM YUM YUM

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
I followed the recipe exactly, except I used all turkey products. Ground turkey and sweet turkey sausage. I also used fresh basil and simmered for 2 hours. I used an entire 30 oz of ricotta and had tons of sauce left over. I wasn't sure if I should boil the noodles, or follow what a lot of other reviewers suggested; soaking for 30 min. in hot tap water. I just boiled the noodles for 7 minutes and had no issues with sticking. I laid the noodles on wax paper sprayed with Pam. My father who does not like ground turkey, raved about this dish. I am planning to make it again this week. Definitely in permanent rotation.

Greek Pasta Salad I

I so love this recipe!! My favorite salad of all time. The only change I make is using 1/4 cup balsalmic and 1/4 of red wine vinegar, instead of all vinegar.

Sangria! Sangria!

I've been sadly drinking this Sangria daily. As others have mentioned, the sprite/club soda should only go in individual glasses as you're serving the drink, not over night. It is indeed delicious!!!!
