Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I "tweaked" this recipe and liked it very much. I whipped the bananas and sour cream together until creamy, added the sugar and eggs, then the dry ingredients. My husband thought this was the best. Mine baked about 65 minutes at 350 and came out perfectly. I will definitely make this one again.

Sugar 'n' Spice Nuts

Pizza Casserole

Very good. I didn't know whether or not to cook the pasta before so I did. I added more sauce and used mini pepperonis... I liked it very much and so did my picky hubby. I also added the extra cheese mixed in. I will do this one again.

Blueberry Crisp II

I tried this after reading the reviews and wish I had tried something else. The "crisp" has a weird "twang" to it, must be the mayo. I followed the recipe to the letter and will not make this again.

Easy Lemon Cookies

I just made these cookies and they do taste good. If you are looking the that "authentic" lemon taste, these are not the cookies for you. I added 1T of real lemon juice and rolled them in "Sugar in the Raw". That gave them a nice crunch. I did have to cook them for 10 minutes and they are still nice and chewy. Thanks for an easy recipe.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Excellent. I do add extra cinnamon and put it on the apples and then place the crust. I found it just looks a little nicer to then egg wash the crust but it tastes so good!!!!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

There is a reason this is in the top 20, it is fabulous! I did add extra spices, a handful of crushed nuts, and a little extra flour for consistency. I used a medium cookie scoop and baked for 9 minutes-turned out moist and chewy...Thanks
