Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
Omit the Worcestershire sauce and substitute garlic, then switch the beef bouillon to chicken broth, and this recipe is quickly changed to a great stroganaff as well!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
I would give this 10 stars if i could. My friend and I are on a diet that once a week we have to double our caloric intake and this was the best way to do that! Perfection on a plate I will make this again any chance I get! Make this recipe!

The Meatball that Fell Off the Table

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
The meatballs are absolutely delicious. I would give them 5 stars but i couldn't believe that a meatball with this much flavor would be teamed with cream of mushroom soup. I made a cheaters potato soup by blending a can of sliced new potatos with juice a few creams and seasonings then mixed in the meatballs bowtie pasta and sweet peas and it was perfect!

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
I made this according to the recipe, the only thing I added was a little bit of diced artichoke and this turned out like a bland, flat quiche. My friend loved it but my husband and I weren't impressed. If you want to make this add an extra egg, flour, cheese and probably some bacon because it needs flavor.

Beef and Biscuit

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
this was a quick meal that my extremely picky three year old ate! i used salsa like someone else suggested and it came out a little too salty, i'll use a little tomato sauce next time and that egg didn't do anything that a little extra cheese couldn't. this is a good standby when you're low on time and pantry items.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2008
this is a family favorite after a little bit of jazzing up, if you add half of an onion finely diced to the garlic with crushed red pepper, with a little extra of each, and some dried parsley before you add the chicken it's a better. then instead of grated parm cheese, i use the italian shredded mix with romano. be sure to cut back on the oil.

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
Thank you! My three year old is extremely picky and he ate every last bite of this dish. I used manicotti, added 2 cloves of garlic, colby jack instead of cheddar and a hearty tomato sauce and it was great; a lot better than I expected.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
This recipe was perfect for the dinner party I hosted, it's really funny and easy to make. I did make a few changes, I bought a bag of frozen chicken and let it thaw in olive oil, fresh minced garlic and diced onion and used fresh spinach instead of canned or frozen and the taste was perfect. I will definitely make this again!
