Cranberry Cheese Bars

This was a WONDERFUL recipe. I used cherry pie filling and YUMMO! I made it twice. Once for my baby's daycare and they raved over it. The second time for Thanksgiving/office--they loved it too. I ran out of oats for the second one and used some grahamcracker crumbs. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the crust seems so hard (both times)--but no one complains, they just come for seconds!

Apple Dumplings I

Flavor is great, but the mess is not, but leave the pan soaking in the sink for the night and cleaning is easy. I ended up cooking for 40 minutes. They weren't the prettiest things, but everyone loved them.

Honey Baked Chicken II

I didn't know that there would be so many juices. I will use this recipe regularly, but will use a deeper dish. I didn't have curry, so I used garlic powder instead and it turned out yummy.

Stuffed Artichokes

Easier Hints: cut the top 1/2 inch w/a chief’s knife. Cut the stem off so that the artichoke can sit upright, but don't core it the heart tastes sooo good. Put 1 1/2 inches of water in the bottom of your pot and sit the raw, unstuffed artichokes in the bottom shake salt on artichokes and steam them for about 25-30 minutes, stuff, then put the artichokes back in the pot and steam them for another 45-60 minutes (making sure you replenish the water).
