About this Cook
I am a cook constantly on the lookout for the perfect cheesecake recipe. I want it dense and slightly crumbly, but not dry, with a chocolate wafer crust and sour cream topping/glaze. I know that's specific, and I guess that is why I haven't found it yet! Let me know if you can help me!
My favorite things to cook
Dessert! pies, cookies, cakes, muffins. I also love breakfast food. A hot scone with butter melted on top, quiche with a flaky crust. Mmmm...

Poppy Seed Chicken
Changes: 1 tbsp sherry, 20 ritz crackers, lite sour cream, 1/4 cup butter. With foil in place it wasn't heating, still barely warm after 30 mins! Therefore, leave uncovered. Soooo good!
