This was a very good recipe. I used just under a pound of ground beef and kept the rest of the recipe the same. I made seven smaller sized patties, and since other reviewers mentioned the patties falling apart I made sure I was very careful flipping them. I had to use a turkey baster to drain off the excess grease since I couldn't really move them too much without them flaking. Anyway, they turned out very good, moist and flavorful. I was worried about the mustard and horseradish overpowering the sauce or giving it a strong taste, but you couldn't really tell it had those in it. It was very good, very easy and I will definately make this again.
