Yesterday, I started a, well, starter. More specificlly I took the first steps into creating a regional wild yeast sourdough starter. Seeing that I currently live in St Augustine, FL, known for it's history, I thought this would be a neat way literly
have a taste of history, and create a sour dough bread from the wild yeast living all around us.
Wish me luck! It takes about 5 days from start to finish for the sourdough starter, and then I have to cook the bread. I will post pictures each time I have to refresh (days 2, 4 & 5).
