When I first made this the lime was too overwhelming, I couldn'taste anything else. After it set for a few hours the flavor melded together and it was wonderful. Thank you!

I was shocked at how easily the cookies came out of the press, I was thrilled. The cookies were soft (I cooked them for five minutes) and yummy, thank you!

Incredible Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
Absolutely delicious and so easy to make! I patted brown sugar and garlic salt on both sides of chicken tenderloins, placed them in a 2qt dish, put generous pats of butter on top, cooked for 15 minutes then covered for the rest of cook time. I served it with white rice. The chicken came out soooooo tender, the combination of garlic and brown sugar is yummy. Thank you for such an easy recipe that everyone enjoyed!!

Brownies with Peanut Butter Fudge Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
The taste is yummy but I think it is missing something to make this recipe come together. I am not a nut person but maybe pecans with this would give the brownie a turtle like taste. It is very gooey (even though I kept them in the fridge the entire time) and hard to cut but manageable. With that said they were eaten quite fast in this house. Thank you

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
wonderful recipe. After cooking for about five hours I thinly sliced the meat and let put it back in the cooker. It helped tenderize the beef and soaked up the juices better. Everyone gobbled this up. Thank you!

Chicken a la Creme

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
This recipe is wonderful! I use an old cast iron skillet, saute two TBS of minced garlic in the butter, other then that I follow the directions exactly. I make angel hair pasta and put the chicken and cream on top. This is now a classic dish in our house, thank you!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
Oh so yummy! I used half of mint on each cookie. After they melted I spread it around the entire surface of the cookie. Sooo chewy, great flavor. My mother said she believed them to be the best cookies she has ever had, and she loves to bake! Thank you

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
These are amazing potatoes! For the first time ever I have opted to not put gravy on them, it would take away from them. I did not have red potatoes on hand so I just used the regular kind (even though I prefer red and they are very different from the normal potato). I slow cooked them in my Crock Pot for two hours on low but noticed that they were getting scorched on the sides so I had to turn it off completely (my pot does not have a warm setting). I really am not sure why they need to cook in a slow cooker except to get them piping hot so next time an hour in the cooker should be plenty of time. These are out of this world, I will never cook a potato any other way! Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.

Almond Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
Highly addictive! The batter is sooo yummy, my daughter gets upset when I have to pour it in the pan (she is four and has requested this as her birthday cake next year). We have made this many times since I found the recipe. The only thing I change is I put three tsp. of almond extract and then I glaze the bars right after they get out of the oven with a powdered sugar icing. If you like the taste of almond you will love this recipe!!!

Fry Bread Tacos II

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
I have never made fry bread, and my family was skeptical (my husband had tortillas on hand for an emergency fix) but these turned out to be yummy. I did not use the entire recipe, just the fry bread with regular taco ingredients. I was scared that they were not going to be done because of how fast they turned golden, but they turned out perfect. Caution though: Very sticky when trying to shape them. Thank you for a great recipe!

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
I am looking for a flakier texture, I am not big into bread crumb coating, but these were reaaly good. What makes them so good is the flavor, lots of it. I have tried a few onion ring recipes from this site and so far this beats them all. Thank you!
