These cookies are just so yummy! Mine didnt spread or flatten & they turned out nutty & chunky and simply delicious. I was hoping that they are more crispy though, but otherwise I just love them. Will definitely make them again & again again....

This is a great recipe! The first time I tried it I took the advice of some reviewers and exclude the baking powder & use only 2 eggs. They turned out out great but today, I follow the original recipe and they turned out better. So follow the original recipe. I love these brownies!

This is the first time I made soup like this from scratch so I was a bit worried how it will turned out. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to use milk instead of the cream. The amount of mushroom makes the soup very thick so I double the amount of broth and put in 1.5 times more milk. They turned out great! Love it! Thanks!

This is one of the best muffins I've tried so far. Love the fresh blueberries. And the batter is not too sweet - which is good. The only setback is that the oil has made the muffins a little oily. Perhaps next time will use applesauce instead. Otherwise - this is one great muffin recipe! 3 June 2008-I made the muffins again last weekend & this time, i reduce the oil just by a bit & add more milk. This produces gorgeous muffins which are not greasy at all. I then made another batch & use brown sugar instead white. the batter turns out thicker and i had to add a bit more milk to produce the same consistency as the earlier batch. I also realise that the muffins turn our having a thicker crust-maybe i need to put more milk. But there isnt much different in taste so i think i'll stick to white sugar in future.

Very good recipe. It was a hit when I brought it to the office. Not too sweet, yet moist and dense - the way I like banana bread to be. Will definitely do it again!

WOW!I've always loved banana bread and chocolate & banana taste really great together.My 8-yr old daughter loves it. I put 1 cup of brown sugar & 1 cup of white sugar because I love the taste & flavour of brown sugar & I put 1/2 teaspoon of salt like someone suggested. Simply wonderful. The bread is moist & chocolaty with all the lil bits of chocolate chips. Definitely going to make this over & over again.

Very good receipe. Turned out moist and soft. A bit on the sweet side tho - next time i will reduce the sugar by a 1/4 cup.

I needed to make pancakes for my daughters and this recipe was the simplest as I had all the ingredients on hand. They turned out great - fluffy & light & delicious enough to eat on its own.I scaled down the recipe to 2 units instead of 5 & use abt 1.5 tablespoon of butter & makes abt 8-10 medium-sized pancakes. My daughters loved them. Will definitely make them again.

I used 1 cup of brown sugar & 1 cup of white sugar to get more flavour. But i find that its too sweet - could be because the bananas already lend a lot of sweetness to the cake. Next time will probably cut the sugar by another 1/2 cup. The cake is moist & soft and not as dense as I expected it to be. But everyone who tasted the cake loves it. Maybe next time will try adding some sour cream to balance out the sweetness.

Im giving 5 star for taste because these cookies are very good. But i had some prob with the frosting. I think its better to frost after baking, because my frosting melted & created a mess on the cookie sheet. So its better to frost post-bake. Also, will reduce the baking time to abt 8 minutes. but all in all they taste great!

This is the best cookies that I've tasted. I have made them twice so far. The first time I used 1 cup white 1/2 cup brown. The second time time I used 1 cup brown 1/2 cup white. This produced cookies with a slightly chewy center. I didnt change anything else in the recipe. They spread beautifully & makes 24 big cookies. Next time I will stick to 1 cup white sugar & 1/2 cup brown because I love my cookies crispy. Just wonderful!

I tried to make the muffins healthier by substituting the oil to applesauce but they turn out to be tougher. Didnt like it. So next time I think will follow the recipe as it is.
