OK, this is the best recipe I've ever made from this website, quite possibly one of the best darn tasting things I've ever made - period! I used Jillybean's instructions but I didn't add in sour cream because I didn't have it and it really didn't need it...I just put 1/2 stick of cream cheese (4oz) and 1 tbsp of worcestershire like the original recipe said and doubled the golden mushroom soup and water. I used two pounds of cubed beef. I added the garlic, onion, 1/2 packet of onion soup and 1 8oz can of mushroom stems and pieces at the end, about 15 minute before I put the cream cheese in. Put the cream cheese in about 15 minutes before you eat it, because it takes a few minutes to all break down. Honestly people, this was so good it was like dessert...my boyfriend and I seriously could not get enough. Next time I want to try it with low fat cream cheese and whole wheat egg noodles just to make it a little healthier.
