Carrot Pineapple Cake I
Really good. I used unsweetened coconut flakes and substituted one-half cup of oil and one-half cup of unsweetened applesauce for the full cup of oil. I also used about 2-1/2 cups carrots. For the frosting, I added 2 tablespoons of melted white chocolate to the mixture. Will be serving this again. Thank you!

Simple 'N' Delicious Chocolate Cake
OMG! Made this recipe, exactly as directed. I poured batter into cupcake tins instead of cake pan; made 12 full (high) cupcakes. Baked them at 350 degrees for about 14 minutes. I AM NOT a coffee drinker and you COULD NOT taste the coffee, at all. I also added the coffee before it was cooled. These were delicious and just about the most moist (cup)cake, I have ever made. I frosted these with the "Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting" recipe from this site. A definite keeper and staple in my recipe box. Thank your for the recipe!

Award Winning Chili
Wow, what a GREAT chili! I have made this twice now, once for tailgating and once yesterday for Super Bowl party. Each time, EVERYONE requests the recipe. I did omit the carrots (because I forgot to buy some), used Heinz 57, and increased the meat to 2 pounds (we like meatier chili). Everything else, I did as written. For yesterday's recipe, I cooked the meat as directed then combined the cooked meat and all the other ingredients in a crock pot. I cooked it on low for several hours. Thank you, Jennifer for our new chili staple recipe:)
