This makes for a wonderful roast beef sandwitch. I prepared exactly as written. Toasted some deli rolls and topped with mayo, roast beef, and peppers. Easy and delish.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2010
Hubs said this was the best pork chops ever. I omitted the salt, but then decided it did need a little afterward. Next time I will sprinkle each chop with a touch of salt. It was a great and easy meal.

Wonderful cake. I made it for my hubby's birthday. The only thing I changed was seperating the eggs and whipping the whites to fold in at the end. It has a great strawberry flavor.

This is a wonderful dish. I doubled the sauce and served with salad and egg noodles. It is a simple dish to put together with such a big payoff. I cannot wait to make it again.

Chicken in a Pot

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
Even though I forgot to add the garlic, it was really good. I served it with rice, but next time I wll serve it with pasta, because it is more of an italian dish. also I thnk it would be yummy with some motzrella melted over the chicken.

I have never had turkey tetrazzini before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I wanted to use some frozen leftover turkey. This was great. I did what some others suggested and added onion, garlic, and mushrooms. My whole family loved it.

These were great! My son and I made these as a school project and we had a lot of fun. I made homemade Tzatziki sauce to go with them, and the whole family gobbled them up.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
These were not bad. We liked how the mini loaves turned out, but we all thought the glaze was way to sweet. I will make these again but use plain ketchup like with my regular meatloaf.

This was a very easy dish to put together. The only thing I did different was to use the entire can of beans. It was also great for leftovers.
